So, for the last two weeks I have been working on an apartment renovation on the upper east side. Now, I don't mind hard work, and it is good to have some form of income with the economy the way it is, but when you are remodeling a second apartment that a couple has purchased to EXPAND their existing apartment, the money at hand kind of well, floors me. Oh, and after today, I have the next two weeks off, since the couple in question is on vacation.
